2.填進料密封以后，一定要定期檢查軸封水的泄漏量是多少，嚴密監視，若泄漏量超過規定的則視為泄漏嚴重，這時就應該及時調節填料壓蓋或換新的盤根，一定要保證外接水一滴一滴的泄漏；
3.雙端面機械密封時，定期檢測水箱水位和水的渾濁程度，如果水位降低或者水比較渾濁，一定要立刻加水或換新干凈水；
4.如果壓濾機泵在冬季長時間不使用，這時就需要關閉進口閥門，啟動泵，讓其空轉幾分鐘，排掉泵內殘余漿液，防止泵體發生凍裂現象；
